Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Tapssh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. License

Tapssh grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose: managing SSH connections and remote server file systems.

3. Tapssh Pro — Auto-Renewable Subscription

Tapssh offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Tapssh Pro that unlocks premium features including SFTP file operations (upload, rename, delete), multi-device cloud sync, and advanced SSH key management.

Auto-Renewal

This subscription is auto-renewable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.

How to Cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Tapssh Pro
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect after the current billing period ends. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or through Apple's refund process. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your servers and the data you manage via Tapssh. We are not responsible for any data loss, server downtime, or unauthorized access resulting from your use of the application.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Tapssh is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for 100% reliability, we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
